Airfoil Services Sdn Bhd specialises in the overhaul and repair of Low Pressure Turbine (LPT) Blades and High Pressure Compressor (HPC) Blades and Vanes for commercial aircraft turbo-fan engines of the GE CF6/CF34 series, CFMI’s CFM56 series, IAE’s V2500 series and the new GP7000 utilised by the Airbus A380. With efficient Turnaround Times (TAT), High On Time Delivery (OTD) rates and state of the art repairs, our customers are assured of receiving their engine part sets on time. In 1991, Airfoil Services Sdn Bhd was founded as a joint venture between Malaysian Airlines and MTU Maintenance, based at Shah Alam. In 2003, with the dynamic patnership of a 50/50 joint venture between MTU Aero Engines GmbH (Munich) and Lufthansa Technik (Hamburg), Airfoil Services embarked on a new era in engine compressor blade repair. Airfoil Services is the forefront of compressor blade repair technology and is known as a centre of excellence on aircraft engine blade repair located in Malaysia.
