Together with its partners, Equity Group Holdings PLC and the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Kenya (AHK Eastern Africa), DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft) is offering a German Desk in Nairobi that covers Kenya and neighbouring markets. It is available for German SMEs and their local trading partners. Their specific needs are handled on the ground by a bank employee familiar with both languages and cultures.
The German Desk enables companies to get information directly from a single local source about financial services and suitable finance solutions. The range of products extends from setting up accounts through services for financing trade and transaction banking, to credit lines or investment financing for local companies wishing to acquire German equipment, for example. The German Desk also contributes to preparing direct investments of German SMEs. Companies can benefit from the combined network of Equity Group Holdings, AHK Eastern Africa and DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft).
