From 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 - 𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the Great Rift Valley Lodge, the AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa team, 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑙𝑢𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑔𝑢𝑒𝑠 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝑇𝑎𝑛𝑧𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑎, came together for a workshop centred on the theme "𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞."
A successful team is not built on similarity, but on the unique strengths each individual contributes to a shared purpose. Likewise, while organizations cannot stop the winds of change, they can build windmills that transform challenges into opportunities. This workshop brought that message to life.
Through collaborative problem-solving, presentations, LEGO activities, and Kintsugi reflections, we gained valuable insights into teamwork, adaptability, and the importance of every individual's role in achieving collective success. The experience reinforced that resilience is strengthened through trust, learning, and working together toward common goals.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the leadership for organizing this meaningful workshop and investing in team development. Special thanks to Mr. Ivo Haase for his exceptional facilitation, engaging sessions, and interactive approach that made the experience both insightful and enjoyable.
