Cost

  • Ethiopia, Rwanda and Uganda: €4,125 excl. VAT

 

  • If physical meetings are requested: Travel and logistics costs for both the German company (e.g. own transport, flights, accommodation) and for AHK staff (especially for Rwanda, Uganda, and Ethiopia) will be charged separately. These costs may not be reimbursable under BAFA’s Consultation Voucher Africa.

What We Need From You

To carry out the follow-up service, we require:

  • A list of companies met during the trade mission (e.g. B2B meeting minutes)
  • A short brief on current status and desired next steps
  • Your availability for virtual or physical follow-up meetings
  • A written confirmation allowing AHK to contact partners on your behalf
  • For the Comprehensive Package: A profile of the types of companies you'd like to meet in additional B2Bs
