AHK Eastern Africa successfully conducted an Intercultural and Preโ€‘Departure Training for 15 healthcare professionals under the AS4G project, in collaboration with the State Department for Diaspora Affairs | Kenya. The training equipped participants with essential cultural, professional, and practical insights to support a smooth transition, integration, and success as they prepare to live and work in Germany.

The training was designed to ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐ข๐ง ๐†๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฒ, offering practical insights into German culture, workplace expectations, professional ethics, and everyday living. It also empowered them with the knowledge and confidence they need as they take this exciting next step in their international careers.

This initiative marks an important chapter in supporting a ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ for the healthcare workforce.
