AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa is delighted to have successfully completed an 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞‑𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 for healthcare professionals, 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 AS4Gproject, and delivered in collaboration with State Department for Diaspora Affairs | Kenya
The training was designed to 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟏𝟓 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲, offering practical insights into German culture, workplace expectations, professional ethics, and everyday living. It also empowered them with the knowledge and confidence they need as they take this exciting next step in their international careers.
This initiative marks an important chapter in supporting a 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 for the healthcare workforce.
