At the 𝐆𝐁𝐀 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐕𝐄𝐓 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 held on 22nd April 2026 at Fairmont The Norfolk, we saw the answer unfold: real conversations, practical insights, and a shared commitment to shaping a future-ready workforce.
With senior officials from the Ministry Of Education, Kenya (MOE) - SDTVET and key stakeholders from the TVET ecosystem and members of the GBA in the room, one message came through clearly: 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
👉125 out of the active 247 TVET Institutions in Kenya are implementing dual TVET
👉3669 Industries have partnered with TVET Institutions in dual TVET.
👉13,852 Trainees enrolled in dual TVET out of the approximately 800,000 trainees in TVET
The Dual TVET model is not just a concept; it is a proven pathway for businesses to:
👉Develop talent tailored to their needs
👉Reduce recruitment and onboarding costs
👉Build a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals
Now the question is: 𝐈𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
We are inviting interested companies to express their interest in Dual TVET partnerships and take the next step in shaping Kenya’s skilled workforce.
