𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ Diploma (Level 6)/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a specialization in 𝐏𝐚𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠.
✔At least 𝟏,𝟐𝟔𝟎 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 of direct neonatal or paediatric acute care experience.
✔Additional experience or training in areas such as PICU, neonatology, paediatric intensive care, paediatric cardiology, or related specialties is an added advantage.
✔𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝟐 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥, or a clear and verifiable plan to achieve B2.
✔Experience with mechanical ventilation, patient monitoring, central venous access, infusion pumps, emergency care, postoperative care, and family-centred paediatric care.
