โAt least ๐,๐๐๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ of direct neonatal or paediatric acute care experience.ย
โAdditional experience or training in areas such as PICU, neonatology, paediatric intensive care, paediatric cardiology, or related specialties is an added advantage.ย
โ๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐๐ญ ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ, or a clear and verifiable plan to achieve B2.ย
โExperience with mechanical ventilation, patient monitoring, central venous access, infusion pumps, emergency care, postoperative care, and family-centred paediatric care.
