The conference focused on strengthening the link between skills development, employer engagement, and sustainable pathways into work, particularly for young people transitioning from training into employment.
During the three-day event, the team actively promoted Dual TVET as a competence-based training model that integrates classroom learning with structured in-company training. Through engagements at the booth, the team created awareness among trainees, employers, policymakers, and training institutions on the value of industry-driven skills development.

The discussion emphasized practical collaboration between industry and training institutions, recognition of prior learning, and the expansion of structured apprenticeship systems.
