On Saturday, 18 April 2026, AHK Eastern Africa – Tanzania Branch, through the African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G) project, had the pleasure of taking part in Deutsch Bonanza, an event organized by Hetz Language Centre in partnership with AS4G.

The event created an engaging space for participants to experience the German language and learn more about related opportunities through a mix of games, information sharing, course registration, an AS4G presentation, and candidate registration for the AS4G database.

As part of the event, Pendo Ringo, Project Manager for African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G) in Tanzania, presented the project and shared insights on how AS4G works to connect qualified Tanzanian talent with employment opportunities in Germany through structured and ethical labour mobility pathways.

It was encouraging to see strong interest and active participation throughout the day. Events like Deutsch Bonanza are important in raising awareness, building motivation, and creating practical entry points for young people and professionals interested in learning German and exploring future opportunities.

We thank Hetz Language Centre for organizing the event and for the valuable partnership.
