On 2nd May 2026, AHK Eastern Africa – Tanzania Branch, through the African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G) project, participated in the Financial Capacity and Investment Event, organized by YUNA – SUA Chapter, the Sokoine University of Agriculture chapter of the Youth of United Nations Association of Tanzania (YUNA Tanzania), in Morogoro. YUNA Tanzania is a youth-led organization that promotes UN values, youth participation, and development engagement among young people in Tanzania.
Representing AHK Eastern Africa – Tanzania Branch, Pendo Ringo, Project Manager – African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G), joined the panel discussion on Career and Opportunity Pathways, Skills Development, and Employability.
The discussion highlighted the importance of preparing young people with practical skills, labour market information, language readiness, and awareness of both local and international career pathways.
Through AS4G, AHK Eastern Africa – Tanzania Branch continues to connect Tanzanian talent with opportunities in Germany by supporting skills readiness, employer–candidate matching, language preparation, information sharing, and stakeholder collaboration. We thank YUNA – SUA Chapter for the invitation and all participants for the engaging discussions and strong interest in youth skills development, employability, and global career opportunities.
