AS4G Tanzania Engages with MeTL
AHK Eastern Africa Ltd.

AHK Eastern Africa, Tanzania Branch, through the African Skills 4 Germany (AS4G) project, was pleased to welcome Engineer Ali Farouk, Project Manager at Mohammed Enterprises Tanzania Limited (MeTL), to our office for a valuable exchange.

Our discussion cantered on skills development in Tanzania, the role of the private sector, and the importance of strong partnerships in responding to labour market needs. The meeting also offered a good opportunity to explore potential areas of collaboration between AS4G and MeTL, particularly in skills development and workforce development.

As one of the region’s major private sector players, with over 40,000 employees, a presence in six countries, and more than 38 sister companies, MeTL continues to make an important contribution to economic growth and skills development.

We appreciate the visit and look forward to continued engagement to support Tanzanian talent and strengthen pathways for workforce development.
