Spanning 279 hectares, the Kilinto Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Addis Ababa is designed as a state-of-the-art hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing, offering modern infrastructure, international standards, and competitive incentives.

  • SEZ currently 27% occupied, hosting 24 companies.
  • Reliable infrastructure: 200 MW dedicated power, 15 GB internet, 6 boreholes supplying 289 L/sec, contamination-control facilities.
  • Dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturing & packaging zone.
  • Attractive incentives: up to 15 years tax exemption, customs duty exemptions, loss carry-forward, repatriation guarantees, and reduced utility costs.

  • Investor support: long-term visas, streamlined permits, property ownership rights, and aftercare services.
