Empowering Female Leaders in the Ecosystem

AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa had the honor to be part of the SAIS Female Leaders Breakfast —an inspiring gathering of women shaping the innovation landscape and driving impact across the ecosystem. Our colleague Sarah Reusche represented us at this important and impactful event.

It was a dynamic space where female leaders exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and explored synergies for future collaboration. The energy in the room was a powerful reminder that when women support women, the entire ecosystem thrives.

Implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and funded by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), BMGF, and the Bayer Foundation, this initiative is fostering meaningful connections that strengthen networks, create opportunities, and accelerate growth.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the insightful discussions. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue building together!
