The session featured a rich program that combined learning and engagement. Delegates were divided into small groups for a guided tour of the palace and its facilities, while others enjoyed a buffet lunch. This was followed by interactive exchanges with Ojemba employees, which provided first-hand insights into daily operations, the challenges they face, and the company culture in Rwanda. Mr. Volker Maiborn then delivered an inspiring presentation on Ojembaβs founding story, its vision, and the lessons learned from establishing the company in Kigali. The session concluded with a candid Q&A discussion, where participants explored themes of cross-border collaboration, talent acquisition, and building trust in new markets.
