Today, the State of Bavaria East Africa Office in Kenya—represented by Dr. Monika Erath, Representative of the Free State of Bavaria for East Africa, and George Warutere, Senior Project Manager at AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa—visited Ojemba in Kigali, Rwanda.

Today, the State of Bavaria East Africa Office in Kenya—represented by Dr. Monika Erath, Representative of the Free State of Bavaria for East Africa, and George Warutere, Senior Project Manager at AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa—visited Ojemba in Kigali, Rwanda.

 

Ojemba, a partner initiative by MaibornWolff GmbH (Germany, Bavaria), combines excellent tech training with agile software development. We also had a virtual call with Volker Maiborn, CEO and Ojemba Co-founder, to further align on collaboration.

    From 15 December 2025 to 23 January 2026, the nationwide economic survey of the Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag (DIHK) was conducted across Germany.     Kenya Launches National Electric Mobility Policy

    Kenya has taken an important step towards cleaner and more sustainable transport with the launch of its National Electric Mobility (e-Mobility) Policy on 3 February 2026 in Nairobi. The policy was officially launched by Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Road and Transport Mr. Davis Chirchir, EGH., in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
