In a continued effort to strengthen bilateral economic relations between Kenya and Germany, AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa held strategic discussions with senior officials from the State Department for Investment Promotion in Nairobi.

 

Our Delegate, Dr. Monika Erath, was joined by Denis Börner from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and Pius Ogola from the 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲, 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐢.

 

The meeting focused on exploring investment opportunities in priority sectors, enhancing investor confidence, and fostering an enabling environment for German and Kenyan businesses. Special attention was given to sustainable industrial growth, innovation, and partnerships that support local value chains and job creation.

 

We value the shared commitment to advancing mutual interests through collaborative approaches that promote inclusive and resilient economic development.
