The State of Bavaria East Africa Office in Kenya—represented by our delegate Dr. Monika Erath, Representative of the Free State of Bavaria for East Africa, and George Warutere, Senior Project Manager at AHK Eastern Africa - Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa—paid a courtesy visit to the Smart Africa Secretariat in Kigali, Rwanda ahead of the Delegation Trip of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs to Kenya and Rwanda from 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒–𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

 

We were honoured to engage with this dynamic pan-African initiative that is leading the charge in accelerating digital integration across the continent.

 

The discussions focused on how Bavaria can contribute to the vision of a Single African Digital Market, fostering stronger ties between Europe and Africa in the digital space.
