AHK Eastern Africa (Tanzania Branch) is pleased to invite water sector professionals to join us for the 1st German-Tanzanian GreenTech Innovation Week , a ground-breaking event designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and sustainable water resource management. This 3 -day initiative, a joint effort between AHK Services Eastern Africa Ltd - Tanzania Branch and the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety, and Consumer Protection (BMUV), aims to foster a private sector driven collaboration between Germany and Tanzania in Water and Wastewater space.
Background
The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa, through its service entity AHK Services Eastern Africa Ltd., Tanzania Branch, is executing a program funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV). This initiative, part of the Environmental Technologies Export Initiative, is known as the ‘German-Tanzanian GreenTech Innovation Program for Modernization of the Water and Wastewater Sector’ in Tanzania. The project's goal is to enhance capacities among key stakeholders in Germany and Tanzania to promote the sustainable use and efficient management of water resources in Tanzanian industry and agriculture.
