Skilled Workers for Germany

The skilled workers for Germany project was launched on the 4th November 2024, soon after the signing of the Bilateral Labour Agreement between Germany and Kenya. Funded by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy BMWE, this project aims to support Germany solve its Labour shortage crisis. The scope of the project is to remain at the center of Labour mobility activities to Germany by partnering with relevant stakeholders to consult, identify work opportunities and facilitate ethical mobility between Germany and Kenya all while bridging the economic gap between them. The project is currently supporting German Companies with their skilled workers needs in sectors such as Healthcare, Hospitality, IT and Technical professions among others. The project also supports the Kenyan workforce in determining the right opportunities for them and remains a reliable partner not only in identifying opportunities for the skilled workforce but also in offering information on matters surrounding Labour mobility.
